
After many years of intensive dance training, yoga opened a doorway to a deeper source of strength and freedom within me. Dance had given me awareness of my body, but yoga helped me reconnect with the joy of movement without judgment — a return to pure expression, presence, and trust.
Since 2009, I’ve been teaching in London(UK) and since 2020 I’ve shifted much of my teaching online. This change has allowed me to stay connected with my students wherever they are and to reach new ones across the world through live-streaming classes, memberships, and online courses.
Influenced by Anusara Yoga, my approach blends alignment, intention, and heart — guiding students to find balance between strength and softness, clarity and compassion. My intention is to create spaces, both online and in person, where students can reconnect with their inner power, move with awareness, and experience greater freedom in body, mind, and heart.
