Yin Yoga

This meditative practice invites stillness and deep release through long-held, passive floor poses that target the fascia, joints, and energetic pathways of the body. Rooted in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and yogic philosophy, each class offers space to slow down, turn inward, and explore themes that support emotional balance and inner awareness.
